Gift Certificate PurchasesLake Austin Spa Resort gift certificates are issued in compliance with the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009. Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable and valid for one year from the purchase date for packages or five years for flat dollar amounts. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. The original certificate must be presented at the time of service. Lost or misplaced gift certificates cannot be redeemed. During the redemption period, the package spa treatments offered may vary and Lake Austin Spa Resort reserves the right to substitute different treatments when this gift certificate is redeemed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Shipping damages must be reported within 7 days of product delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer for any product returns.
