Gift Certificates:

*Lake Austin Spa Resort gift certificates are issued in compliance with the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009, as amended. Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lake Austin Spa Resort package gift certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date for the services described on the certificate; thereafter any such package certificate will convert into a flat dollar gift certificate valued at the certificate’s purchase price (less any portion of the certificate previously redeemed) and will be redeemable only for services based upon the price of such services at the time of redemption. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. The original certificate must be presented at the time of service. Spa treatments offered and pricing may vary. Lake Austin Spa Resort reserves the right to substitute different treatments when a gift certificate is redeemed. Product Purchases:

*Lake Austin Spa Resort does not honor refunds on products that have been opened or used. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Shipping damages must be reported within 7 days of product delivered. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer for any product returns.
